Inn At Palm Springs

The location was great and perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from San Andreas Fault.

Airy and immaculate rooms, INDIVIDUAL atmosphere. Central location close to everything. And just off downtown Palm Springs in ~15minutes, and the free library. A little and fantastic hotel, my first choice in Palm Springs.

The unit we got was beautifully decorated and brand-new with microwave, mini fridge, for example. The airport was 10 km away from here, absolutely perfect location. Moreover, the area was peaceful.

the place was gorgeous and had very welcoming staff simply from the hospitality of the staff, greatly enjoyed the stay. i booked guest room overlooking inner courtyard. the breakfast was free, the check in was easy. besides, free wi-fi and free parking were available here. the hotel was in a central setting to aerial tram.

The bed was very poor, that's my bad luck.

The beautiful pool area felt like an oasis, and we loved the bike tours available nearby. Our stay was comfy and we had a great night's sleep.

I had a cozy stay here and really loved the heated pool and the sun terrace for relaxation. The only downside was the outdated TV, but it didn’t dampen my experience at all. Definitely grab a latte from the coffee machine. it’s awesome! ☕

Shower water took forever to heat up.

A standout feature was the friendly staff who provided excellent customer service. The hotel included thoughtful amenities like a mini kitchen with a fridge and a complimentary coffee machine. There were issues with cleanliness, including a cockroach sighting, and our request for pool towels was met with unhelpful responses, diminishing our stay due to poor service interactions.

Not too shabby for a quick getaway

Check in was fast and easy no hassles. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a baby.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but you get what you pay for, I guess.

The staff provided a warm welcome and were consistently friendly throughout our stay. The small kitchen was convenient, we were allowed to store refreshments easily.

The breakfast options, while varied, were not as hearty as I had hoped.

Clean rooms and great pool area, but weak shower flow was disappointing.

Traffic noise from the nearby busy road can be bothersome, especially during late nights. Earplugs would definitely help. The room had several maintenance issues, the shower flow was weak, the door to the shower was broken, and there were some odd repair jobs on the ceiling that didn't look quite right. The lack of black-out curtains made it difficult to sleep late, and I found an open water bottle left over from previous guests, which didn't sit well with me.

Pleasant Stay with Friendly Staff

Great experience, especially with staff were really nice to accommodate our needs. The breakfast at Ricks offered a delicious variety, and the beach cruisers provided a fun way to explore. Just a tip, confirm your arrival time for smoother check-in.
